S6 Rom for Rivo Rx60 Aka Lava Iris Fuel 50 by Sami Ahmed Khan INCPak Team member, said to be the fastest Rom for Rivo Rx60 but having one issue  Single SIM supported. However we cannot ignore the layout and user Interface of this Rom.

S6 Rom for Rivo Rx60 has no other bugs as it is tested by Sami himself. The Rom is Android Kitkat 4.4.4 Based.

Guys cheer up … here I am to help you all those guys who are facing problem to find any custom recovery for their smartphones with mtk chipset. Just read and follow the below instructions carefully and at the end you will be having your own custom carlive recovery on your cell phone.

Important: 

All you do, at your own risk. Make A Backup before you start. Use MTK DroidTools 2.53 to take a backup for your device.

You can create your new CWM-Recovery on the most MTK Phones.You can create Touch or nonTouch Recovery.

Read carefully the Instructions and take a look on the Pictures. It works.

It is based on the new 6.x Version from Carliv – It is very fast and has a FileManager in CWM build in. NVRAM Backup is avaiable too. The CWM-Recovery is fully Nandroid compatible and has a Color/ Rainbow Mode.

First you have to figured out, the Resolution of your Phone. If you are unsure, use the Screensize App to identify. First from left to right – then from Buttom to Top.

Then download thr right recovery file “Port-CWM Recovery” from line given below. make sure, to go in right section Lun1 or Lun2 to download. (Don´t flash the Port-Recovery!)

Qmobile Noir i8 came with Lollipop stock rom, which is a great news but does it make it really smartphone of this time? already got the rival in the market though not too many people are able to access Infinix Hot Note which is 13,000/- with giant display and huge battery timing.

Qmobile Noir i8 is pocket friendly size smartphone, However Q fellas should have launched 2 GB smartphone version with Lollipop 5.0 as a successor of Qmobile Noir X800 and X900 but continuing the same old technique to keep the people confused, carries on even in May / June 2015.

I am objecting on the price uptill now, because I don’t have the technical details, as you know guys we don’t just review smartphones but nail them. First thing we want is Qmobile Noir i8’s stock rom so we can port and test on other MTK devices.

Why one should get Qmobile Noir i8 ? 

well the best reason is the size of this smartphone, these days keeping big display smartphone has become a trend whereas those who really want to keep the smartphones in their jeans and trousers is a hectic seriously big display size sucks !

Rest the specs aren’t attractive so I won’t be discouraging nor encouraging anyone to have this smartphone, for some reasons I know the best is yet to come, as Rivo has been delaying, Voice is missing from the market, I am sure this June we’ll see good specs smartphones competitively better.

Google and Qualcomm have a Project Tango smartphone with 3D-sensing camera tech in the works. Currently the search giant is offering a Project Tango tablet for developer for $512 in the Google Store.

The partnership between Google and Qualcomm will see the chipmaker incorporate the 3D-sensing camera technology into its smartphone reference designs. There are no definite plans for a consumer-friendly Project Tango handset for the time being.

Before we go any further, yes, there are already Tango phones out there. Thing is, there seemed only to be a very small number of them, and they were earmarked specifically for developers who proved they had something cool to use them for. Now that Tango tech is winding up in a reference design — a sort of pre-production working mockup of a phone — the leap toward a Tango-ready consumer phone is almost trivial. That future is probably still aways off, though, so for now the company’s settling for getting software creators more comfortable with Project Tango’s quirks. Google announced yesterday that developers could buy Project Tango development kits for $512 starting next week, but there’s one rub: Not everyone wants to carry around a 7-inch tablet with a trio of crazy cameras on its back. By squeezing down the size of those cameras and optimizing them to play nice with Qualcomm’s crazy-popular Snapdragon chipsets, Google and Qualcomm have made Tango way more convenient for developers to play with (eventually) and opened up another route to bring Tango to the teeming masses.

Sami Ahmed Khan successfully ports Qmobile Noir X900 Rom on Rivo Rx60, Kitkat Based Stock Rom came with Qmobile noir X900 which Sami says cross ported for Rivo Rx60. Rivo Mobiles hasn’t been successful in Pakistan so far, apart from Rivo Rx60, but still we get the queries seems like people are interesting in porting different blended roms.

We are not over yet with Rivo Rx60 Aka Lava Iris Fuel50 . Last week I met Sami personally, when I checked his Rivo Rx60 Smartphone he was using Note 4 Rom for Rivo Rx60. Sami says very stable rom with good timing forgot to ask dual sim working or not on note 4 Rom.

Rivo Rx60 looks almost like Qmobile Noir i9 however the major notable difference is Screen display quality, rest the build quality is good as well the touch. let us know what do you think about this rom share your valuable comments, we check them daily.

MIUI v6.5 for QMobile Noir i7 By Muhammad Faraz, it’s the 2nd Rom shared by him for Qmobile Noir i7 on INCPak Platform, Muhammad Faraz confirmed there are no bugs in this rom and it’s working flawlessly, MIUI v6.5 rom is personally tested by him before shared over here on INCPak.

OnePlus 2 is expected to arrive by the end of August 2015, Featuring Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 V1.2 Chipset, Qualcomm promises no overheating and Android Lollipop ( May run OxygenOs ) which is not confirmed yet.

Meanwhile, GSM Arena website shared the specifications of OnePlus 2, We’ve shared below in the post. However These Smartphones are rear species in Pakistan because Samsung, Apple, Qmobile, Huawei, Motorolla and Nokia are dominant over here.

The first OnePlus smartphone runs CyanogenMod’s own custom ROM built upon Android and many expected that it would appear on the OnePlus 2 as well. However, following CEO Peter Lau’s admissions to a Chinese publication regarding a home-grown custom ROM for the next phone, the company released OxygenOS.

OxygenOS is OnePlus’ own Android-based operating system, and was released at the beginning of April. It can be installed on the OnePlus One smartphone, and will most likely come pre-installed on the OnePlus 2.

Reports out of China say the OnePlus 3 will be priced at 2,000 Yuan ($322), which is slightly more than the OnePlus One’s original launch price of $300. Of course, there is a chance that Lau was aiming high in order to shock us when the phone does get announced.

Finally Google launched Android One in Partnership with QMobile as QMobile A1, The QMobile A1 is now available for purchase at retail stores across Pakistan, Google’s Asia Pacific Blog blog announced. 

“Like all Android One smartphones,  QMobile A1 combines high-quality hardware that’s been tested by Google with the latest version of Android (Lollipop 5.1.1) and all of the features that come with it.”

In June last year, Google had announced the Android One standard with the purported aim of addressing “the mobile computing needs of those in emerging markets”. In September 2014, the first batch of Android One phones was announced in India.

Budget friendly Phone QMobile A1 aka Google Android One promises the battery timing due to the efficient Android OS ( Lollipop  5.1 ) something which we don’t expect normally from QMobile until now, Usually QMobile Smartphones with bazoooka specs rolled out with Kitkat 4.4.2 like X900 and the recent Qmobile Noir Z8.

Google Android One, going to have full support from the Google which makes it unique in QMobile fleet. However the battery timing promised and the quality is tested by Google, so we can trust a bit, Ofcourse running the latest version of Android OS Lollipop 5.1 it’s going to be the first ever QMobile with latest Android OS.

Google Android One launched in India earlier in 2014, now the advanced version is about to launch on 17th July 2015.

Root Method
The root script for Qualcom Chip is used using the method provided by www.wikoandco.com in their post.

Steps:
1. Download and Install the USB drivers first for your Noir Z8 or Z8 Plus.

2. Enable USB debugging in your phone from Settings > Developer Options.

3. Download the Auto root script from here and extract it in a folder on your PC.

4. Connect your phone through USB cable.

5. Browse to the folder where you extracted the Auto root script and run the “Root Wiko Ridge.BAT” file.

6. Press any key to continue

7. Follow the on screen instructions and your phone will reboot automatically and after it reboots you will have a Rooted Qmobile Noir Z8/Z8Plus

TeamWin Recovery

Teamwin recovery is same as the clockworkmod recovery. It is just different in interfacing as the teamwin project is based on touchscreen so you no longer need to use the recovery through volume buttons. But yes the clockwordmod backups doesnt work on teamwin and same teamwin backups dont work on clockwordmod.

Steps:
1. Download and install flashify from playstore.

2. Download recovery zip from here and extract it on your PC.

3. Place the file into your phone’s SD card.

4. Run flashify and recovery update option.

5. Select recovery.img from your SD card and your phone will be updated with a new recovery.

6. Method is tested so dont worry it wont brick your phone.
